Ubislate7 android tablet is upgraded version of Aakash tablet. Both tablet is manufactured by Datawind company. Ubislate7 has more features and longer battery life then Aakash. THIS IS THE WORST ELECTRONIC DEVICE I HAVE EVER PURCHASED!!
1. I had purchased UBI Slate 7CZ device to gift my partner to propose her fr marriege , she returned this to me . It was worst embressment for me of life time.
2. This device at start up having very dull screen and black color spots of LCD clearly visible in white start up screen.
3. Earphone is not provided with mobile.
4. On using earphones of regular different mobiles , sound is not properly audible & phone option can not be used.
4. Sim card & memory card slots not working & card once inserted , does not come out.
5. Phone gets heated in 10 Mins on putting for charging.
6. In prime City like Mumbai , company has only 1 service centre and that too in outside city area.
7. People at service centre are like villegers ( Lakshya Enterprise) , they do not understand common customer sensitivity. For above reasons , I had given this phone to service centre without using it for single day. It is still not repaired even after 3 months has passed.
9. When I call at service centre they people gave me one No. of Delhi team & they want me to follow up with them.
10. Mob No. 08800563888 of person at Delhi which was given to me is either switched off or not reachable .
Now I am cursing my self to choose such a disgusting product & company.
